Everything was fine except the tourist bus and its workers from the stop to the coliseum, after waiting more than 45 minutes being the first in line to enter, everyone got in line and when we didn't have a seat they made us get off with 4 children in 35 degrees and those who had gotten in line stayed inside, the workers did nothing they didn't respect the order, the buses from the other companies passed every 10-15 minutes, this one every 45 minutes is horrible and its workers more

Translate this opinion into English.

Bus seats are not assigned, so they are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. We apologize if the behavior of other visitors was not as you expected and that this may have spoiled your experience. Opinion translated. Show original.

There was a train strike, and CiVitatis didn't know anything or offer any solutions. It took us a long time to get to Rome, and although we were able to see the Colosseum, we had to find other transportation to get back. There wasn't even time to enjoy the bus ride around Rome...

Translate this opinion into English.

Translate this opinion into English.

There were some employees of the tourist bus who didn't know if the QR they sent us was worth it and we didn't know if we were going to be able to get on, which created some uncertainty. Opinion translated. Show original.

Very bad, we went to the Colosseum and when we went to enter there were no tickets... all of us from Civitatis were left without entering

Translate this opinion into English.

As we told you before the visit, the local supplier, due to technical problems, its staff in Rome was unable to obtain tickets for the Colosseum, although the rest of the visit was possible. We are sorry about this and have already issued the corresponding refund. Opinion translated. Show original.
