Totalmente recomendable. An unforgettable experience. The private tour was fantastic, but we especially want to highlight Ale, our guide, who was charming, friendly, and very professional. She helped us prepare a very special surprise and kept it a secret until the very last moment, waiting for our signal to capture the moment. Thanks to her, we experienced one of the most important moments of our lives in Rome, and we'll have a memory of it forever. Thank you so much, Ale! Highly recommended. Opinion translated.

Unfortunately, the tour guide was constantly distracted by her phone. Our tour was private, and even though she justified it by saying she was dealing with work matters because she had a large tour the next day, it's still true that the tour she was conducting at that moment should have been just as important as the one the following day. I found it disrespectful.

Translate this opinion into English.

Claudia was a fantastic guide—attentive and incredibly kind. During the two-hour private tour, we completely escaped the hustle and bustle of Rome because her explanations were so vivid that it was easy to picture everything exactly as she described it. She answered all our questions, shared interesting facts, and recommended places to visit. She made it even easier to fall in love with Rome. Opinion translated. Show original.

We had sent the itinerary we wanted, specifying that it was a private "you choose" tour, but the guide never found out. Therefore, she wasn't prepared and had to improvise. She did her best, but she was honest and said she wasn't prepared. Frankly, for what they charge for a private tour, it's a disgrace.

Translate this opinion into English.

Claudia gets a 10/10! The difference between seeing a building, a fountain, a square, a church... as part of the street furniture while strolling around, and truly understanding the history of a city through its monuments and the secrets they hold, is incredible! 100% recommended! We took the tour with two children and they were absolutely delighted! Definitely thanks to Claudia, who made it so enjoyable and interesting! Opinion translated. Show original.

Tour veramente interessante e simpatico. Top !!! Translate this opinion into English.

Really interesting and friendly tour. Great for getting to know Rome and visiting it on foot. Thanks to our guide Silvia, who told us the history of Rome in a detailed yet friendly way, without boring the kids who, on the contrary, had a blast and were fascinated. Top!!! Opinion translated.

I booked a paid tour, nine people, at 12 o'clock as agreed we arrived there and to our surprise, there was nobody there, without any explanation and after several calls they changed the tour to 3 pm in the afternoon which ruined our day, a real disaster.
